Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.
This to relates to me because it says I can sue another state if I needed or wanted to. Which I don't really know when I would use, but the fact that I have the ability to if need is pretty awesome.
This relates to the 11th amendment because the woman is going through chemo, but is being demoted from her job. She can sue her work and probably state for demoting her because of an illness or disability. As long as her illness isn't affecting her ability to work then she shouldn't be demoted.
To me this is saying that they don't want other people or states getting in their business which can apply to this amendment because they may do something to someone that they don't agree with but really they don't want to be bothered with it kind of deal.
